Shipping policy
Order Processing and Handling
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- A confirmation email is sent once your order has shipped.
- When orders are processed the shipping address can not be changed.
Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping Carriers
- We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier depends on the chosen shipping option and delivery location.
P.O. Boxes and International Shipping
- Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; we will contact you for an alternative address if needed.
- International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
Shipping Delays
- Delays may occur due to: large volume orders that may require specialized handling or trucking, orders requiring additional review or documentation, orders going to AK, HI, or international shipments, severe weather, natural disasters, man-made events preventing shipping, or carrier issues. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Safety Glut is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist as needed.
